Description
Job Title: Band 3 Support Worker
Location: Poole, Bournemouth, & Dorchester
Rate: Day – 16.2, Night/Saturday – 18, and Sunday/BH – 23 per hour
Contract Length: Continuous
Schedule: The shifts are available 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday, covering both day and night shifts.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Band 3 Support Worker to join our team for a full–time continuous job across Poole, Bournemouth, & Dorchester. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stability, consistent hours, and a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing compassionate care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges
Managing patient assessments, care plans, and reviews
Working collaboratively with multi–disciplinary teams, including doctors, social workers, and psychologists
Administering medication and monitoring patient progress
Requirements:
Previous experience working in mental health setting (in a hospital or community setting is ideal)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to commit to a full–time weekday schedule.
