Vibe Care Agency are seeking experienced Support Workers to support people in supported living services in the West Dorset area. This is a flexible role working with a well established agency to fit shifts around any other commitments.

This role is not suitable for anyone seeking sponsorship

Covering 17 locations, we support people either living on their own or in shared accommodation in supported living services. Postcode areas DT1 / DT4

Pay Rates 13.15 – 14.00 enhancement for BH working. Sleep–In rate 75.00

Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex behaviours & complex health support are essential however additional training can be provided.

Shifts vary depending on the individual services:

08.00 – 20.00

07.30–14.30 / 14.30–21.30

20.00–08.00 / 22.00–07.00 (sleep in & waking night shifts)

Experience in support workerKnowledge & understanding of learning disabilities, autism & complex needsExperience working in a similar role supporting adultsAbility to work as part of a team or on your ownAbility to promote individual choices, rights & dignityUnderstanding behaviours that challengeAble to follow individual care plans & risk assessments, promting person centred supportSupport with daily activities e.g. community access, cooking, laundry, cleaning etc.Happy to support with person care if requiredEnhanced valid Child & Adult DBS on the update serviceAble to drive & have access to a vehicle – desirableWhy join Vibe Care:
