Vibe Care are hiring experienced Support Workers for our client in Oxford. Ideally we are looking for people who can drive and have own car.

We're looking for candidates who excel in diverse supported living settings, who have a caring and compassionate nature and enjoy working with adults with learning disabilities and autism.

What skills and experience are we looking for in candidates?

Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism & complex needsMinimum 12 months experience working for a social care agency or 6 months in a permanent support roleExcellent communication skillsExperience supporting individuals displaying behaviours that may challengeAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamDedicated, honest and reliableMain responsibilities:

Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical and learning disabilitiesProviding companionship and emotional support to clientsDaily tasks will often include personal care, meal preparation and manual handlingAccompanying clients to medical appointments and social outingsMonitor and report any changes in clients' behaviour or health conditionsMaintain accurate and up–to–date documentation of client interactions and progressWhy should you join Vibe Care?
