Essential Requirements for This Support Worker Role:

To be considered for this immediate start position, you must meet the following non-negotiable criteria:

* Minimum Availability: Ability to work more than 20 hours per week.

* Physical Intervention Training: Current, in-date Bild Accredited P.M.V.A. (Positive Management of Violence and Aggression) or P.R.I.C.E. (Protecting Rights and Institutional Care of Everyone) certificate.

* Training Compliance: Up-to-date, in-date face-to-face and online mandatory training certificates (e.g., Manual Handling, Basic Life Support, Safeguarding).

* Background Check: A valid, in-date Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barred Service) check. If you are on the update service, please specify.

* Location/Transport: Live in or have the ability to drive to Warminster, UK.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a key member of our team, you will provide compassionate, person-centered care, including:

* Assisting clients with daily living activities.

* Providing companionship and emotional support.

* Following care plans and accurately documenting support given.

* Promoting client independence and well-being.
