Support Worker – Learning Disabilities – Days/Nights – Immediate Work

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for ongoing agency shifts within a Learning Disabilities and complex–needs setting at Cygnet Health Care in Redmarley.

This role offers consistent work with both day and night shifts available. Candidates can choose shifts based on availability.

Shift Times:

• Day: 08 00

• Night: 20 00

Multiple shifts are available across May, with ongoing opportunities for regular bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs

• Assisting with daily living activities

• Promoting independence and well–being

• Following care plans and safeguarding procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience

• Experience within Learning Disabilities or similar settings

• PMVA / MAPA preferred

• Valid DBS (or on update service)

• Right to work in the UK
