Description

Job title: Support Workers - 1 Year Maternity Cover

Location: Witney GLADS + DNG

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Salary: GBP12.21ph

We're looking for creative, motivated, and adaptable support workers to join our team in Oxfordshire. You'll work at our Outdoor Wellbeing Centre in Witney, supporting adults with learning disabilities through fun, creative, and community-based activities.

What we're looking for:

Good listener, reliable, enthusiastic, and organised

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Positive attitude toward people with learning disabilities

Willingness to support personal care and plan activities

Able to work flexibly and take initiative

Car drivers with own vehicle are desirable

Key responsibilities:

Deliver person-centred support and personal care

Create and review support plans with service users

Plan and lead engaging activities

Promote independence and wellbeing

Record and report using internal systems

Liaise with families, professionals, and colleagues

Support volunteers and team members

Ensure health & safety and safeguarding procedures

Drive Guideposts minibus when required
