Support students throughout the school day in a range of subjects and activities, including Reading, Maths, ICT, PE, Swimming, Dance, Drama, Food Tech, and MusicPromote and reinforce students' self–esteem, independence, and social developmentCommunicate effectively with students using their preferred methods of communicationProvide direct care to students in line with agreed standardsAssist with setting up and tidying classrooms before and after lessonsBuild positive, professional relationships with students and colleaguesSupport students in their physical, emotional, and educational developmentWork collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staffRequirements:

Experience working with children or young people (preferably with additional needs)A positive, caring, and adaptable attitudeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to undertake training and developmentRight to work in the UKEnhanced child–only DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for oneAbility to provide two professional referencesWhat We Offer:
