The Safeguarding teams benefit from a joined–up approach to multi–agency working, strong management oversight, and access to robust training programmes designed to help social workers grow and deliver impactful interventions.

Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of children and families requiring safeguarding interventions. Completing statutory assessments, direct work, and risk analysis. Developing and implementing effective care and safety plans. Working collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure children s needs are met. Attending and contributing to case conferences, core groups, and court proceedings when required. Maintaining accurate, timely case recordings and adhering to statutory guidelines. Ensuring child–centred, strengths–based practice at all times. Candidate Requirements SWE registration and right to work in the UK. Strong background in children s safeguarding and statutory social work. Ability to manage risk, maintain professional curiosity, and make sound decisions. Clear communication skills and confidence working with multi–agency partners. Commitment to delivering high–quality, child–focused practice. Why Work With Us? GBP42 per hour.
