Location: Devon (Barnstaple, Bideford and Torrington areas)

Salary: GBP29,702.40 – GBP33,945.60 per annum (GBP16.32ph) This excludes sleep in allowance of GBP60 per sleep in and Senior on–call rate of GBP52.50–GBP89.25.

We re seeking compassionate, enthusiastic and inspiring individuals to join our North Devon homes. Our homes are based in the Barnstaple, Bideford and Torrington areas. You ll bring energy, positivity and a genuine passion for helping children thrive. The right candidate will be engaging, nurturing and able to create a fun, safe and empowering environment where younger children feel supported and encouraged to grow.

To apply, you must have a minimum of one year s experience working as a Residential Support Worker in a children s home. However, we strongly favour applicants with more substantial experience or those already operating at a senior level, demonstrating leadership, initiative and confidence in supporting both children and colleagues.

Senior Support Workers are typically qualified, so holding a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent qualification) is highly preferred.
