Senior Social Worker: Family Hub Specialist (Non–Caseholding)

Location: Rushmoor District, Hampshire Pay Rate: Up to GBP42 per hour Client: Hampshire County Council

Hampshire County Council is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Social Worker to join the Family Hub team within the Rushmoor district. This is a rare and sought–after non–caseholding position, offering a unique opportunity to influence practice and service delivery without the pressures of a traditional caseload.

The Role and Impact

In this specialist capacity, you will act as a consultant and lead professional within the Family Hub. Your focus will be on providing expert guidance, mentoring staff, and ensuring that families receive the right support at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing high–level clinical consultation and advice to the Family Hub team.

Supporting the development of early intervention strategies and community–based support.

Mentoring junior staff and students to promote best practices.

Liaising with multi–agency partners to ensure seamless service integration.

Contributing to the strategic growth of the Family Hub model in Rushmoor.
