Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a growing children's residential care provider seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join their team.

This is an opportunity to combine hands–on care with leadership responsibilities, helping to create a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive. You'll play a key role in supporting positive outcomes while helping to guide and develop the wider team.

The Role

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will:

Lead shifts and support the day–to–day running of the home Provide high–quality, child–centred care and emotional support Support children to develop confidence, independence and life skills Mentor and support Residential Support Workers on shift Promote safeguarding and safe working practices Contribute to care planning and positive outcomes for young people About You

We're looking for someone with:

Experience within a children's residential care setting Senior RSW experience, or the ambition to step into a senior role Strong safeguarding knowledge and professional judgement Excellent communication and leadership skills Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people What's In It For You?
