Our leading in-house client in Derby is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team.

The role is 5 days per week and permanent and has a competitive salary range between GBP58-GBP61k depending on experience.

Role:

Managing a clinical multidisciplinary team providing supervision, performance management and mentoring.Leading on clinical advice on the requirements for health surveillance.Ensuring that occupational health policies and procedures are developed and maintainedDeveloping and delivering health and wellbeing campaigns Essential:

Registered NurseExperience in Occupational HealthOccupational Health DegreeExperience managing an OH Team / in a Senior OH role The successful individual will work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional OH service to our client and help bring success to the Company.
