Salary: £13.40 per hour

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Shifts Available: Days or Nights

Shift Times: 7:45am – 8:00pm / 7:45pm – 8:00am

The Role:

As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in leading and supporting our care team to deliver high-quality care. You’ll be responsible for:

* Assisting residents with daily living activities in a dignified and respectful manner

* Administering medication and maintaining accurate records

* Supporting and mentoring junior staff

* Liaising with families and healthcare professionals

* Promoting independence and wellbeing among residents

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in a care setting, ideally with dementia care

* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* A kind, compassionate, and reliable nature

* Flexibility to work days or nights on a rota basis
