As a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of outstanding care while providing leadership and guidance to the care team during day shifts.

Working closely with residents, families, nurses, and colleagues, you will help maintain high standards of care, ensuring residents receive compassionate support tailored to their individual needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and supporting care staff during day shiftsDelivering high–quality, person–centred careAssisting residents with personal care and daily living activitiesSupporting medication administration and monitoringMaintaining accurate care records and documentationPromoting a safe, positive, and welcoming environmentSupporting residents' wellbeing, independence, and engagementActing as a role model and mentor for the wider care team About You

Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader, or similar role within a nursing, residential, or dementia care settingNVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care desirableExperience supporting older people, including those living with dementiaMedication administration experience desirableStrong communication and leadership skillsCompassionate, proactive, and team–focused approachPassionate about delivering outstanding care and enhancing residents' quality of life Benefits & Incentives
