Description

Sales Service Specialist, Maidenhead:

Process orders from customers, salespeople and engineers.

Enter orders into SAP (Symphony) & AS400 system by specific allocation times throughout the day.

Handle telephone or email internal/external customer queries on deliveries, invoice pricing, product availability and all topics relating to customer orders. This may involve communication with other departments within Maidenhead in addition to staff in Germany or Ireland.

Liaise on logistic queries from customers or salespeople with staff in Germany and local courier companies on all aspects of shipping arrangements and any discrepancies arising on a day–to–day basis.

Attend regular team meetings and display input in team projects.

Understand customer key issues through customer visits with Sales People or Engineers.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for sales activities.Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Support the team with data entry and database management tasks.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.Profile
