Sales Negotiator - Estate Agent

Location: Ormskirk

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + £10,000 OTE Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:00pm | One Saturday per month (10:00am - 3:00pm)

Your Role:

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and landlords

Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales to secure the best outcomes

Manage a portfolio of properties from initial instruction through to completion

Work towards individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journeyWhat We're Looking For:

Experience in property sales, lettings, or a target-driven sales role

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals

Full UK driving licence

Local knowledge of Ormskirk and surrounding areas (desirable)What's On Offer:
