Support Worker (Supported Living) - AccringtonPay: From Real Living Wage and above (dependent on experience and shift type)

Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts (including waking nights)

Contract: Agency / Ongoing flexible work

Precedo Healthcare is hiring experienced Support Workers to work flexibly within supported living services in the Accrington area. We offer regular or ad-hoc shifts to fit your availability - with pay starting at the Real Living Wage and higher rates available based on experience and shift type.

About the Role:

You'll support adults with a range of complex needs, including:Learning disabilitiesAutismMental health conditionsBehaviours that challengePhysical disabilitiesWorking 1:1 or in small groups, your role will include:

Supporting daily living skills (hygiene, cleaning, cooking)Encouraging independence and community accessManaging appointments, shopping, and budgetingPromoting mental and emotional wellbeingWorking closely with a supportive care teamAbout the Service:

Purpose-built accommodation: private flats, shared homes, and transitional spacesWheelchair-accessible, secure, and fully adaptedOn-site parking, garden areas, conservatory, and excellent public transport linksWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience in supported living or similarPerson-centred, compassionate, and consistent approachFlexibility for various shifts, including nightsDriving licence (preferred but not essential)
