We are looking to appoint an experienced and dedicated Registered Service Manager & Nominated Individual to lead a supported accommodation service for –year–olds in Bristol.

This senior leadership role requires a passionate professional committed to delivering positive outcomes for young people while ensuring the service consistently meets the highest standards of Ofsted compliance, safeguarding, and quality.

Key Responsibilities Provide effective leadership and management of the supported accommodation service, ensuring person–centred, high–quality careMaintain responsibility for Ofsted registration and ensure full regulatory complianceDeliver outstanding support that promotes positive outcomes for young peopleMotivate, inspire and develop the team to achieve exceptional performanceOversee safeguarding, risk management, health & safety, and conduct regular quality auditsManage budgets, resources, and occupancy to optimise service efficiency and deliveryForge and maintain strong partnerships with local authorities and external agenciesSupport business development activities, including securing new placements and contractsDrive continuous improvement to sustain a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating Essential Experience Proven leadership and management experience within a regulated care environmentThorough knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirementsDemonstrable ability to manage staff performance and uphold service qualityExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCompetence in managing budgets and operational performanceValid driving licence with access to a suitable vehicleAbility to fulfil all requirements for Ofsted registration Desirable Qualifications and Experience Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or equivalent social care qualificationOfsted Registration experienceExperience within supported accommodation or residential care settingsFamiliarity with quality auditing and continuous service improvementUnderstanding of local authority contracts and business development processes If you are an experienced Registered Manager / Service Manager seeking a senior leadership opportunity in Bristol, we would be delighted to receive your application.
