Description

Position: Registered Service Manager

Location: Lincolnshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary: GBP40,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead a medium–sized Learning Disabilities (LD) home in Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate leader to manage a well–established service, ensuring high standards of care and support for all residents.

As the Manager, you will oversee the day–to–day operations of the home, lead and develop your team, and ensure the delivery of person–centred care. You will work closely with residents, families, and professionals to create a safe, supportive, and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the home, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.Lead, motivate, and develop a team of support staff to maintain high–quality care standards.Develop, implement, and monitor person–centred care plans tailored to residents needs.Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies.Conduct staff supervisions, appraisals, and performance management.Manage budgets, rotas, and resources efficiently.Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to support residents well–being.Respond effectively to incidents and safeguarding concerns.Promote independence, dignity, and positive outcomes for all residents. Requirements

Proven experience managing a care home or supported living service, preferably for individuals with Learning Disabilities.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and health and safety regulations.Excellent communication, organisational, and problem–solving skills.Hands–on experience with care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance.Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (Level 5 or above preferred).
