Registered Nurse
Location: Walsall (WS6)
GBP20.35 per hour 36 hours per week (3 shifts)
Day shifts: 8am-8pm
Time Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a specialist dementia nursing service. The home supports residents with dementia, complex dementia, stroke, progressive neurological conditions and enduring mental health needs.
With over 100 beds divided into small, 17-bedded dementia nursing units-plus neurological and general nursing units-they provide a calm, structured and person-centred environment for both residents and staff where all elements of care can be offered.
With an on site training centre and nurse qualified trainer, your induction here as a Registered Nurse will be lengthy and you will become an expert in the dementia care field, the company have won several accolades for their commitment to dementia care and are the leading group in the west midlands specialising in this area!

What We're Looking For in a Registered Nurse:
- RGN or RMN qualification with a valid NMC PIN
- Previous experience working in a care home setting
- Strong understanding of elderly dementia care
- Confident in supervising staff and leading a shift (unit oversight)
- Skilled in person-centred care
- Knowledge of health, safety and welfare standards
- Strong incident management abilities
- Competent in completing detailed care plans
- Good IT skills, including electronic care planning and medication systems
- Flexible approach to rota requirements
- Experience as a shift lead
