Registered Manager (Children's Residential Care)

Location: Liverpool

Salary: 50,000 – 55,000 per annum

What you'll be doing:

Lead the day–to–day running of an EBD care home in Anfield Provide strong, consistent management with a firm–but–fair approach Support colleagues and build positive working relationships across the home Ensure high standards of care and a safe, nurturing environment for residents Use Clear Care systems to help maintain effective service management Participate in shared on–call arrangements each week

What you'll bring:

Proven Registered Manager experience within a children's residential setting Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification Passion for supporting others, with the ability to build genuine relationships A leadership style that's calm, clear, and supportive–while still holding boundaries

Additional information:

Salary: 50,000– 55,000 per annum Interview process: 1st stage MS Teams informal meeting, 2nd stage face–to–face at the home
