Registered Manager – CQC Regulated

Mental Health / Learning Disabilities

Location: Leeds (Horsforth)

Are you a compassionate, values–led leader ready to make a real difference in people's lives? Our Client, a CQC–regulated social care service, is hiring a Registered Manager to lead a person–centred service across Leeds–while working alongside a supportive, experienced wider team.

What you'll be doing:

Lead the service to ensure it is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well–led in line with CQC standards

Maintain high–quality compliance and strong governance so standards are consistently met

Provide leadership that keeps people at the heart of every decision

Champion a culture of integrity, compassion, and professionalism

Apply professional judgement in complex situations, including safeguarding matters

Ensure medication management follows best practice

Represent the service professionally with colleagues, professionals, stakeholders, and external agencies

What you'll bring:

Previous management and leadership experience in health or social care

Confidence to inspire, motivate, and support others through strong leadership

A personable, approachable management style, with integrity, honesty, and accountability

Diligence and organisation to maintain high standards consistently

Strong communication, organisational, and problem–solving skills

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and developing high–performing teams

You won't be working alone–there's wider support including Practice/Service Coordination, Risk Management, Behaviour Analysis, Values Facilitation, Health and Safety Leads, and Administration
