Regional Manager

Stephen James Consulting are representing a high–growth elderly care provider in their search for a Regional Manager. This pivotal role will be accountable for a portfolio of Care Homes across the Home Counties.

You will form part of the senior leadership team (SMT) whose focus is to provide the best quality care across the organisation to cement their reputation as one of the leading regional providers in the country.

The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for the delivery of commercial and quality objectives across the portfolio of Care Homes.

You will lead the development of your team, developing succession plans within the region to facilitate their growth objectives over the medium term. Criteria for the Regional Manager opportunity:

You will have significant experience in leading multiple healthcare teams, with a management or leadership qualification.

In–depth knowledge of CQC requirements and managing the inspection process

Experience in managing organisational change effectively, leading to service improvement

Able to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen within a fast–paced care environment

Ideally, having experience of care home integration would be a distinct advantage. This opportunity will be appropriate for candidates with experience in the elderly care sector – as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or Operations Manager.

The role of Regional Manager is offering a GBP75,000 – GBP85,000 + Car Allowance salary range, which is dependent on the candidate's experience.
