Finchley Central

Full-Time, 5 Days a Week

£28,000-£31,000 Basic + upto £5,000 bonus

1 day a week from home after probation

Are you an experienced Property Manager, or someone from an Estate Agent background, looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a proactive and knowledgeable individual to join my clients Lettings Team in their Finchley office, managing a growing portfolio across our nine-branch network.

About the Role:

As a Property Manager, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team, overseeing a portfolio of residential properties. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high standards of service for landlords and tenants, while helping the department achieve its operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a portfolio of residential properties across multiple locations

* Coordinating maintenance and repairs

* Ensuring compliance with all current lettings and property management legislation

* Liaising with tenants and landlords, resolving queries efficiently

* Conducting property inspections and preparing reports

* Managing tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy processes

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Previous experience in residential property management (not essential)

* Previous experience within the property sector

* Up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance

* Excellent organisational and time management skills

* A customer-first approach and strong communication abilities

* Confidence in problem-solving and working independently

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* A full UK driving licence (essential for property visits)
