This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary ranging from 45,000 to 50,000 per year. Enjoy the benefits of a hybrid role with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. The role also includes mileage compensation for travel within the region.

The Paediatric Clinical Lead will:

Manage complex care packages, including planning, risk assessments, and clinical re–assessments.Conduct new client assessments and lead monthly team meetings.Perform medication and clinical audits to ensure compliance with best practices.Provide clinical supervision and competency sign–off for Registered Nurses.Liaise with the multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.Offer standard and emergency support for regional care functions.Ensure care staff are trained in personal care and specialist equipment use.Maintain clinical skills through ongoing professional development.Conduct spot checks and participate in audits to improve care delivery.Build effective relationships with care teams and management. The ideal Paediatric Clinical Lead will have:

Registered Nurse (Paediatrics) / Midwife with valid NMC registrationExperience in complex care, including tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal and brain injuriesCommunity experience working in paediatrics and with adultsAt least two years of experience in complex care, home care, or community settingsA valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
