Role Overview

We are currently recruiting experienced Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs) and Theatre Nurses to support a well–established private hospital in Lincolnshire.

This opportunity is ideal for theatre professionals seeking flexible working arrangements within a supportive and professional surgical environment. Successful candidates will work as part of an experienced perioperative team delivering high–quality patient care across multiple theatre disciplines.

You will play a key role in maintaining patient safety, supporting surgical procedures, and ensuring excellent clinical standards throughout the perioperative journey.

Key Responsibilities

Provide perioperative support across theatre services Work within Anaesthetics, Recovery and/or Scrub specialities Assist surgical teams during procedures while maintaining patient safety Prepare theatre environments, equipment, and patients for surgery Deliver high standards of clinical care within a private hospital setting Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection prevention protocols Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary theatre team

Key Requirements

Minimum 12 months UK Theatre experience Experience in Anaesthetics, Recovery and/or Scrub Valid HCPC registration (ODP) or NMC registration (Theatre Nurse) Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available) Strong clinical knowledge within perioperative practice Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to patient safety and high clinical standards
