Salary: GBP60,000 – GBP70,000 per annum

Location: Staffordshire, West Midlands

Hours: 40, days with flexibility

Currently rated Good by CQC, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to maintain excellence and drive the home towards an Outstanding rating.

Nursing Home Manager Duties:

Ensuring high clinical care & governance Lead the clinical team & ensure best practice standards Maintaining statutory & regulatory compliance Oversee budgets, resources & staffing efficiently Maintain CQC compliance & support inspections Nursing Home Manager Benefits:
