As a Nursing Home Manager, you will:
Manage the overall operations of a 70 bedded Nursing homeEnsure compliance with CQC standards and exceed expectations.Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources efficiently.Market the home to the communityFoster a warm, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for residents and staff.Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, external professionals, and stakeholders.Package and Benefits:

Proven experience in a management role within a nursing home.Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC PIN (preferred but not essential).Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.Evidence of past CQC inspections (Good or Outstanding)Exceptional leadership, communication, and people skills.Commercially astute with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.If you have experience as a Care Home Manager, Nursing Home Manager, or Commisisoning Manager this position could be the perfect fit for you.
