Who We re Looking For We d love to speak with Level 3 Early Years Practitioners who are:

Able to create a warm, safe and encouraging environment

Familiar with the EYFS framework and how it supports children s development

Drivers are always helpful, but it s not essential

You must hold a Level 3 childcare qualification and have recent experience working with children aged 0 5 in a nursery or early years role for your application to be considered.

What Your Day Might Look Like Supporting children s play and learning

Helping create a safe and fun space for little ones to explore

Observing children s progress and sharing this with the team

Assisting with feeding, toileting and personal care when needed

Working closely with staff to maintain a positive, caring environment
