About the Nursery Manager Role

As a Nursery Manager, you will:

Provide day–to–day leadership and management of the nursery teamEnsure safeguarding policies are implemented and understood by all staffOversee curriculum planning and delivery within the EYFS frameworkManage staff development, administration, and compliance with Ofsted standardsAct as Designated Safeguarding Lead and nominated person for OfstedBuild strong relationships with families and external agenciesPromote the nursery through marketing, newsletters, and social media

What We're Looking For in a Nursery Manager

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5/6 desirable)At least 2 years' leadership experience in an Early Years settingStrong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirementsExcellent communication, organisational, and IT skillsAbility to lead, motivate, and mentor a teamCommitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfareReeson Education:
