Full–time, Permanent Position

Purple Mango Education have the pleasure of working with an outstading group of Nurseries in Nottingham who are searching for their next Manager for one of their standout settings.

Every one of their nurseries has its own personality, but they all share the same values care, curiosity, and a real love for early years.

About the Role

We re looking for an experienced Nursery Manager, or somebody who is looking for thier next step up into a leadership role, to lead a friendly and welcoming nursery in the Nottingham area. You ll be responsible for making sure children receive high–quality care and education every day, while supporting and inspiring your team to be their best.

What You ll Be Doing

Oversee the day–to–day running of the nursery

Lead, mentor, and motivate your team

Build strong relationships with families and outside agencies

Make sure the nursery meets EYFS and Ofsted standards

Create a safe, fun, and inspiring place for children to learn and grow

What We re Looking For

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years

Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding

Previous leadership experience in a nursery setting

GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths or willingness to achieve this within two years

A positive, hands–on attitude and a genuine love for early years
