We're seeking a passionate nursery assistant and early years educators to work as key practitioners with toddlers in this extraordinary nursery setting.

POSITION OVERVIEW As a nursery assistant in this unique environment in Hammersmith and Fulham, you will:

Guide toddler development through engaging indoor and outdoor education activities within our nursery frameworkFunction as a primary caregiver in this premium nursery, building strong relationships with toddlers aged 1–2 and their familiesLead exciting Forest School adventures and nature–based learning throughout our spectacular nursery groundsCreate and deliver age–appropriate early years curricula that promotes exploratory learning for toddlersCollaborate with nursery colleagues to maintain a nurturing and stimulating childcare environment for young childrenSupport toddlers with essential daily routines including meals, nap time, and personal care within our early years frameworkMaintain detailed observations and assessments of toddler progress following early years guidelinesPERFECT CANDIDATE PROFILE We're looking for someone with genuine dedication to early years education who demonstrates resilience when supporting energetic toddlers in this unique outdoor–focused nursery environment.

Essential qualifications and qualities:
