We are looking for a warm, reliable and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our friendly team in Oxted. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is eager to support their early development in a caring, nurturing environment.

You don't need to be formally qualified – what matters most is a genuine passion for helping children thrive, a positive attitude, and the commitment to be a consistent, supportive presence each day.

What you'll do:

Support the team in creating a safe, stimulating and playful environmentHelp with activities, meals, and daily routinesBuild warm, positive relationships with children and familiesContribute to the smooth running of the nurseryWhat we're looking for:

Friendly, patient and proactiveReliable and able to commit to a full–time roleWilling to learn and work as part of a supportive teamPrevious experience with children is helpful but not essential
