Multisite Pharmacist

Description

Evolve are partnering with a brand–new client who are seeking a Multisite Pharmacist to join their team covering 3 hospitals throughout the Bath, Bristol and Swindon region. You ll be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing medication counselling and collaborating with healthcare professionals including Doctors and Nurses to optimise patient care.

This is a full–time opportunity working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday (9am 6pm).

Role Responsibilities for the Hospital Pharmacy Manager

Deliver excellence in every prescription dispense medications with accuracy and care, upholding the highest professional and ethical standards. Be a trusted healthcare partner provide expert medication advice, counselling, and reassurance to help patients get the best from their treatment. Collaborate across healthcare teams work closely with Doctors, Nurses, and other professionals to ensure every patient receives optimal, joined–up care. Keep everything running smoothly maintain precise patient records and a well–organised pharmacy, ensuring safety and efficiency at every step.
