* Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants, securing successful lets for all parties.

* Manage tenancy applications, references, and paperwork, ensuring a smooth, compliant process.

* Cultivate strong landlord relationships, providing regular updates and expert advice.

Who We’re Looking For

* A confident communicator with a natural talent for negotiation.

* Organised, proactive and capable of juggling a varied workload without missing a beat.

* Prior experience in lettings or property is a plus, but we’re happy to provide comprehensive training.

* Full UK driving licence and access to a car are desirable – the road to success is often literal!
