Lead Occupational Health Nurse Advisor In–House

Location: Remote with monthly travel to Stratford, Ipswich, and Peterborough

Employment Type: Permanent

About the Role:

Greys Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a well–established in–house Occupational Health department committed to prioritizing employee health and well–being.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join their national team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of clinicians and support staff across multiple locations.

Deliver exceptional Occupational Health services, focusing on both preventive and responsive care.

Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to management teams on health–related matters.

Develop and implement strategies to reduce sickness absence and promote overall employee well–being.

Foster strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to support a culture of health and safety.

Additional Duties:

Conduct home–based work with scheduled monthly travel to Stratford, Ipswich, and Peterborough.

Collaborate within a UK–wide Occupational Health team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Engage in proactive health initiatives and contribute to the development of health promotion programs.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Registered Nurse on Part 1 of the NMC Register.

Hold a recognised Occupational Health qualification (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree).

Proven experience in managing and leading teams within an Occupational Health setting.

Comprehensive understanding of clinical Occupational Health practices and management.

Willingness and ability to travel within the specified regional areas as required.
