Patch Manager – Housing Services

Location: Aspley, Nottingham

Rate: £21.45 LTD per hour

Contract: Until January 2026

I am currently working with a client who is seeking a Patch Manager to join their Housing Services team in Nottingham. This role will be responsible for managing a designated housing patch, ensuring a high standard of service delivery to tenants and the wider community, while working closely with stakeholders and partner organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee housing services within a defined patch, ensuring effective day-to-day management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and partner organisations.

Provide leadership and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Tackle tenancy issues promptly with a proactive and solution-focused approach.Requirements:

Proven experience in housing services.

Strong people management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to commute to the Aspley area.

Availability for immediate start or short notice.Contract Details:

Running until January 2026.
