Your Role:

As the face of our client's office, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests with a warm smile and professional demeanour

Answering and directing phone calls in a friendly manner

Handling inquiries and providing information about services

Managing appointment bookings and ensuring the reception area is tidy

Supporting administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

A positive attitude and a team player spirit

Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to commute
