Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing team. You will be working in residential and/or nursing home settings, supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily needs and ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting

Supporting with mobility and transfers, including using hoists and other equipment

Monitoring and recording observations, such as fluid intake, temperature, and behavior

Promoting independence and providing emotional support

Assisting with mealtimes and nutrition needs

Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns to senior staff

Working effectively as part of a team and following care plans

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months UK experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a care or nursing home setting

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care

Eligibility to work in the UK

Up–to–date mandatory training (or willing to complete)

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
