Care Worker (Domiciliary Care)

Location: Banbury

Job Type: Part–Time

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our expanding care team in Birmingham.

As a Care Worker, you will provide high–quality, person–centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

We are currently recruiting both drivers and walkers, with drivers preferred due to the nature of the role and wider availability of care visits.

Drivers must have:

Full UK driving licence. Access to their own vehicle. Business insurance (or willingness to obtain it). Walkers are also welcome to apply, with local care rounds available where suitable.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver person–centred care in accordance with individual care plans.

Assist with personal care and daily living activities.

Support with medication, meal preparation, and nutrition.

Carry out light household duties.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Maintain accurate care records.

Follow safeguarding procedures and company policies.

Requirements

Right to work in the UK.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high–quality care.

Enhanced DBS Certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Satisfactory employment references.
