What You'll Do:

Lead engaging technical demonstrations and customer training sessions.Ensure systems are performing at their best with expert post–installation support.Present innovative solutions that solve real laboratory challenges.Act as a go–to technical advisor, guiding customers from implementation to optimization.

Who You Are:

Degree–qualified in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.Hands–on experience with nucleic acid extraction, PCR, and molecular diagnostics.Comfortable with lab software, bioinformatics tools, and automated bacteriology systems.Field–based experience is a bonus, but your passion for customer success and travel matters most.Excited to be the face of innovation, working directly with labs across the UK.
