About the Role

You'll be supporting adults with:

Learning disabilitiesAutismPhysical disabilitiesAcquired brain injuries Support is tailored to each person's unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.

Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker

You'll support with:

Personal care and wellbeingMedication supportMeal planning and preparationHousehold tasksBuilding confidence and independenceMonitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needsMaintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team Please note: You will be working on a rota basis -you will not be able to select your own shifts. Flexibility is required across a 7-day week.
