Family Time Worker

Are you a passionate Family Time Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Family Time Worker to work in a service based in Bolton.

Pay Rates: – GBP16.43 – GBP20.83 Umbrella Rate

Information the Role: Successful candidates will be offered 37.5 hours per week.

What you will be doing:

To contribute to risk assessments and protecting children and young people from danger, harm, and abuseTo plan and record interventions effectively, to support and contribute to the overall assessment held by referring social care teams To deliver quality interventions within the Framework for Action parenting capacity guidanceTo offer support and evidence–based intervention around child development using EYFS (Early Years Framework Strategy) guidance and behaviour management strategiesTo work in partnership with families on protection plans in their own home, where appropriateTo communicate and work with a range of professionals and agencies ensuring a seamless service for children and families, managing, and providing information to support effective decision–makingTo work alongside social workers contributing to assessments and care plansTo escort children and families as appropriateTo manage a case load effectively, delivering and reporting on agreed work tasksTo support, mentor and supervise students and volunteers across a range of service deliveryAny other duties in line with the post, which may be required from time to time Skills & Professional Characteristics needed:

Experience of working in a multi–agency environment or teamExperience of supporting families in using services within the community and in maintaining social relationshipsExperience of working with children and families support services provided by organisations and agencies across the Borough Essential Requirements:

Relevant level 3 qualification e.g. NNEB, NVQ3, BTEC, Early Years, Childcare, Health and Social Care, Youth and Community StudiesFull UK Licence What we offer:
