Full–time January Start (with potential to start before Christmas) Starting at GBP90 per day

Location: BS11, Bristol

Are you a caring, proactive, and enthusiastic Early Years practitioner looking to support young learners and bring positivity to an early years setting?

A warm and welcoming primary school in BS11, Bristol is seeking a passionate Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to join their team full–time from January, with the possibility of beginning before Christmas and a handover period to ensure a smooth start.

The Role

Support and engage pupils in EYFS through play–based, creative, and developmentally appropriate activities

Assist in planning and preparing EYFS learning experiences that promote progress, curiosity, and enjoyment

Work 1:1 and in small groups to support children s individual needs and developmental milestones

Collaborate with the class teacher and wider staff team to maintain a nurturing, inclusive learning environment

Contribute to daily routines, observations, and early years provision within the setting

What We re Looking For

Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)

Experience working with children in EYFS

A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Commitment to children s wellbeing, development, and love of learning
