We are currently looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to join our expanding team across the Halesowen and Wolverhampton areas.

The Role

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you'll provide high–quality care and support to people living in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of those you support.

Your Responsibilities

Providing person–centred care tailored to each individual's needs and preferences. Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and maintaining dignity at all times. Supporting with medication administration following company policies and training. Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration. Helping with light household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment. Providing companionship and emotional support. Supporting individuals to attend appointments, access the community, and participate in activities they enjoy. Accurately completing care records and reporting any concerns. Working closely with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care. What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

Caring, compassionate, and respectful. Reliable, trustworthy, and professional. Passionate about helping others live independently. Excellent communicators with a positive attitude. Able to work independently as well as part of a supportive team. Willing to undertake training and continuous professional development. Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred due to the nature of domiciliary care.
