JCO Healthcare are delighted to be supporting a well–established and highly successful domiciliary care provider in the recruitment of a Domiciliary Care Manager for their thriving Colchester branch.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable organisation with a strong local presence, an excellent reputation for quality care, and an established care team already delivering a substantial volume of care hours each week.

The branch is performing exceptionally well and is seeking a motivated and commercially aware manager who can continue to drive quality, compliance, growth and staff engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Overall management of the domiciliary care service Leadership, development and support of the office and care teams Maintaining excellent CQC compliance and quality standards Building relationships with commissioners, clients and families Driving branch growth whilst maintaining outstanding care delivery Ensuring effective rota management and operational performance About You

Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or Branch Manager within domiciliary care Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance Proven leadership and people management skills Commercial awareness with a focus on service growth Passionate about delivering high–quality person–centred care What's on Offer?
