Description
Hoop Nursing are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join a nursing service in the Cardiff area.
You will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager and wider nurse and care team, ensuring clinical excellence, effective governance, and high–quality person–centred care.
Essential:
Registered Nurse with an active PIN Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead experience Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in leading and supporting a team Experience with care planning, audits, medication management, and quality assurance Benefits
