Duties in this Clinical Lead role:Responsibility for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff.Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives.Monitoring the well–being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met.Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals.The ideal candidate for this Clinical Lead role will be:Must be a qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.Have good knowledge and use of clinical care systems and governance.Have prior experience at Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead level within a care home.Apply now, or contact Dale (phone number removed) at Leaders in Care today.
