Are you a dedicated and resilient professional with a Level 3 in Residential Childcare? Our client has a unique and rewarding opportunity for a Children's Team Leader to join our small, 3–bed residential home.

This role is for someone with specific experience and a compassionate heart, ready to provide a safe and stable environment for children who have experienced complex trauma. You will be instrumental in guiding them through their healing journey and helping them build a brighter future.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A Level 3 in Residential Childcare (essential). Significant experience working with children facing mental health challenges. The ability to remain calm and empathetic in difficult situations. A strong commitment to therapeutic and child–centered care. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a small, supportive team. What We Offer:
