Are you an experienced Care Worker, Support Worker, or Youth Worker in the Blackpool area looking for a new challenge with better, predictable hours?

We are actively seeking compassionate and highly skilled individuals to transfer their expertise from the Care sector into a vital Support Role within a local secondary school, working with students aged 11–16 (Key Stage 3 & 4).

This is a unique opportunity to use your core strengths–Empathy, Resilience, Behaviour Management, and Safeguarding knowledge–to directly support vulnerable young people and help them thrive academically and emotionally.

Essential Criteria

Previous professional experience as a Care Worker, Support Worker, Residential Worker, or Youth Worker.

Experience working with adolescents or young adults (ideally 11–16 years old).

A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Exceptional communication skills and a patient, non–judgemental approach.
